Just as supporting education is a strong principle for Coşkunöz Holding, contributing to the development of youngsters with sports activities is equally important and for this purpose the Coşkunöz Sports Club was set up in 2002. The Coşkunöz Sports Club started out with a strong infrastructural organisation with an aim to coach sports people who in the long term could be part of Turkish leagues and be on the national teams. We were extremely proud when the Coşkunöz Sports Club’s fencing team won a rating in the Turkish Championships, thus we were on our way to realizing our target of sending sports people to be part of the national teams. In 2006 the Coşkunöz Sports Club got together a women’s volleyball team who started off in the 3rd league but have now graduated to the 2nd league where they continue their challenge.
