Our values have been defined as a result of our “Corporate Culture” survey, in which the staff of all the Coşkunöz Holding companies took part.
Reliability
This is a measurement of success of our employees, directors, products and processes, according to a pre-defined specific, correct working standard. It is the consistency between processes and results and customer approval that is acquired from this. It is the reliability of our employees and management; consistency of speech and behaviour are of the essence. It is reliability of the system and processes; a healthy environment and conditions produce the best results. Thus, the most important achievement is reliability gained by the customer’s confidence and satisfaction.
Sustainable Success
Success is the realisation of anticipated performance. Today success is only consistent and worthwhile when it can be sustained. From success based on sustainable developments, long term consistent improvements can be achieved. Handling success is more difficult than reaching success itself. Whilst employees are happy about their success, management gives new and higher targets to be achieved. In order to develop in every field; intellectual development, consistent and healthy growth, the right planning should be made so that decisions can be realised in a stable fashion. Whilst protecting what is already in hand, more ambitious targets are defined. New strategies and targets keep a company dynamic and young. Timing of new targets is very important. Whilst success is taking shape, work starts on new strategies, a team focuses on the same target and all ranks and employees are supported with the necessary training infrastructure to reach higher targets. The result is focus; to focus on the result, to constantly develop whilst keeping the targeted success rate steady and consistent...
Perfection
“If I do something I must be the best” - perfection can be defined as accuracy, without fault, completeness, competency. It means optimal quality operation of all functions, procedures and departments of the whole corporate structure. All positions, roles, assignments, processes, required skills and training necessary to acquire such skills, are clearly defined. Staff are encouraged to not only carry out a job according to the defined process but also to use their initiative to add value to the process. New ideas are listened to with interest, evaluated, rewarded and put into action. Perfection should be the aim, not only for work and production processes but for all functions, structures and organisations within the corporation.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship can be defined as a collection of labour, capital and nature to form a work process that is planned and organised as a production factor and the undertaking of all ensuing risks. An entrepreneurial approach dominates the whole corporation. New ideas and opinions are encouraged and valued. Competence, courage and knowledge are essential consituents of the entrepreneurial approach. It is important to know customers requirements and expectations when evaluating new business fields. Dependability on our values is also important for entrepreneurship. A significant factor for the success of an entrenpreneur is the corporation’s faith in its people and equally, confidence of the markets and partners in the corporation and its people. One needs to embrace innovations and find unconventional, new solutions to problems and requirements. Establishing opportunities in time when developing new ideas; timely execution; commitment to risk and knowing when to take a step back or accelerate are all elements contributing to the success rate. Pioneering approach and quick, confident decision making are skills that will keep the entrepreneur ahead of his competitors.
