Beltan Vibracoustic

BELTAN A.Ş., which has been producing oil seals and rubber-metal parts for the automotive sector since 1975, made a partnership agreement with the Freudenberg institute, Vibracoustic GmbH, in 2003. Activities continued with a 50% Coşkunöz, %50 Vibracoustic GmbH partnership, under the name of Beltan Vibracoustic A.Ş. and production was focused on anti-vibration parts and dampers for the automotive industry. With this strong association Beltan Vibracoustic A.Ş. developed its expertise even more and increased export volumes.

 

Betaseals

BETA SEALS A.Ş. was established in 2003 with a 60% Coşkunöz Holding A.Ş., 40% Freudenberg DS partnership. Beta Seals which produces bearing seals for the automotive sector has, with the combined expertise of Coşkunöz and Freudenberg, become a leader in the production of these parts, which require the highest level of expertise and high technology.

 

CoşkunözMA

Coşkunöz MA started activities in 2002 with a 60% MA Automotive and 40% Coşkunöz Holding partnership. The partnership of MA Automotive , part of the internationally important Italian automotive metal processing supplier, CLN Holding, and Coşkunöz, who has more than 50 years experience in the Turkish automotive subsidiary industry, continued activities as Coşkunöz MA and in 2008 installed a 2000 ton robotics large press line. With this press line, production began on outer surface panels and large body parts and they continue to serve the main industry with their advanced engineering practices.

 

FCK

Freudenberg Coşkunöz Tool FCK was established in 2008 with a 75% Freudenberg DS and a 25% Coşkunöz Holding partnership. They produce vulcanization tools, automation systems and offer fine tooling, tool maintenance and cleaning services. Through this investment, the aim is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the staff, raise technology levels in the company and increase quality-delivery and competitive performance.

 

KMWE

KMWE has over 50 years of experience in high precision machining area in the town of Eindhoven of Netherlands. KMWE with primary focus on aerospace and defense also operates in three other sectors, medical sector, semi-conductor and high-tech design and assembly area. Over the years, KMWE has proven its quality and performance in aviation industry and become the tier 1 supplier for major aerospace companies such as Boeing , Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grummann and Fokker. KMWE aims to continue its operations globally and expands its operations to Malaysia, Singapore and now to Turkey Eskişehir with Coskunoz Savunma and Havacilik (CSH).

KMWE offers products and services to customers globally by combining the general design and process knowledge with it´s extensive experience and know-how of production and assembly techniques. By entering into 50-50 Joint Venture agreement with CSH, KMWE plans to grow faster in aerospace and defense industry globally while serving closely to Turkish defense industry.
